Dr. Gensler treats several types of injuries. From sports injuries, to auto accidents to slip and fall injuries, as well as workplace injuries that require workers compensation claims. We do accept most major insurance carriers and we will submit your workers comp authorizations and claims for chiropractic treatments. For auto accidents we will coordinate with your insurance company and your attorney to help ensure authorization and payment for your treatment. Some information is necessary for you to provide prior to treatment especially for an injury case. You will need a claim number, and the name of an insurance contact person before receiving treatment for a personal injury claim. Please see our forms page for additional required information.
