Shoulder Pain

Most people think of the shoulder as one “ball and socket” joint. In reality, your shoulder is a complex network of different joints working together. Standard medicine often looks for a “broken part” like a torn ligament.

But if your shoulder hurts, the problem might be that you have a vertebrae misaligned, or your neck is stiff.

As a chiropractor I adjust the bony joints, the soft tissue, and the muscles. We also provide directive exercises through 1 on 1 sessions that are designed to help you to strengthen those muscles.

When we address the cause by aligning the bones, adjusting the tissue, and strengthening the muscles, we can achieve more consistent and long-lasting positive results.
